This my birthday also. I’ve recently just come out of a medical boot after tearing my Achilles tendon. My girlfriend also left me during this period. I know it doesnt mean much in the grand scheme of things, but tell your bro to hang on in there. We can be stronger than our demons if we put up a fight.
