  1. the day I was born. this photo really strikes me.

thank you for hosting these. i can’t say what it means to me. by chance i came upon this collection, and it’s really been inspiring for me the last few weeks. inspiration deeply needed. instant film has been my photography medium of choice for a few years now, despite being a little bit more niche of a hobby these days than it was when these were being taken. i got my first film since the summer, and i’ve been taking my 600 everywhere i go since it arrived. i wish i could ask dear Jamie how he took some of these shots.
thank you again for dealing with the sudden influx in visitors, myself being one of them, you’ve helped me refocus my muse. love, Ollie

  2. I’m a photographer and designer and this is the day I was born.

Thank you for keeping his photos alive. It gives fellow creative/photographer a new perspective and inspiration and someday I may even start something like this.

Jamie will be remembered not just in our industry but everyone from all walks of life.

    Thank you Jamie.

  3. I’m a healthcare professional who always has interests on photography. This is the day I was born too. I just figured out this website now through a viral video on facebook and I immediately look for this date, out of curiosity on how someone was doing on the day of my birth. And to see this woman praying and someone dressed as an angel hanging on the back, is such a wonderful & amazing coincidence (in relation to my story).

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to see all the great works & discover the wonderful story of Mr. Jamie.
