  1. The day the music died…30 years ago and I was 12 days past my 16th birthday when my Mum passed away. The life of my Dad, 4 brothers and myself took a whole new course that day from what might have been! But we have lived, we have laughed, we have had challenges and successes and we have loved and been loved. Mum missed it all but she would have been proud.

    1. Hi Annabelle,

I’m very sorry to know this had happened in your family.. and you know c’est la vie, we are all part of nature, just like all other sentient beings – we only have limited time as who we are in this life, but I believe something never ends, something beyond our understandings, and we can feel its existence, its revival, its eternity… Something we sometimes call it love, soul, air, light, and hope…
And it’s so good to know that you’ve made through the good times and the bad times in all these years, with your dad and your brothers, with their companies I’m sure you’d feel stronger in each step of your life, and to have so many beautiful moments to share with them.

It was just an idea that suddenly came to my mind tonight – I wondered if there are any websites archived old photos like the calendars, then I googled and found the artist’s name, Jamie Livingston. I was born on June 20, 1987, and I love music, I sometimes make music, too. Not suggesting anything uncomfortable here, only wish you’d feel happy having a reply here, and I wish you’ve found the missing music in your life again, through all the different good ways in your life. Even though you’d probably never come back to this web page to read this message.

Warm hugs, Annabelle. I wish you all the best, especially during this global difficult epidemic period, I send me good wishes to you and your loved ones. Stay healthy and strong!
      -c.
