On this day, I was born in Northern Italy to two wonderful parents. My parents and I haven’t been back to Italy in about 20 years. Someday we’ll go back, and when we do, we’ll take a Polaroid.
I too was born on this day, in California. It would have been a week sooner, but I resisted even induced labor, and had to be cut out via cesarean section.
