I was born on this day. I’m a first born and my parents had no idea what to expect. But my mother remained calm, as always. My mother passed away last year in June, she also had chemotherapy, she was also an artist.

This day was My 31 birthday. I was living in NJ with US family and My parents were visiting the US. They had a hotell room on Manhattan and I stayed with them. It was winter and very cold. Communication into Manhattan was cut off. There was snow and ice everywhere, hardly No cars, only yellow Cabs. We had a great day owning the Manhattan streets in the cold. In the Evening We went to Madison square garden to see a hockey game. Some Swedish hockeyplayers playing. Great show. Lovely arena.

I have a son born on that day whom my parents forced me to put up for adoption. I’m on the registry but haven’t found him yet. He was born in the Pottstown hospital at 7:38 am, weighed 7# 15 oz. I really want to get to know him. I was almost 18, but since I was under 18 my parents forced me to put him up for adoption. I think about him a lot.
