This is the day I was born. I was a week late so had I been born on the 5th my photo would have been what looks to be croissants? But there’s something oddly comforting about this image, and it also looks like he’s pointing at the woman’s stomach so maybe she is pregnant? A child born in the same year as me? His images are incredibly fascinating, thank you for sharing them with the world!

I sought photos out throughout the years here and then saw every photo from January 1996 on. It was great to see so many photos with people who loved you. That warmed my heart. You can always tell a person by the friends he keeps and it was nice to see so many of the same faces along the way. Thanks to you, Jamie, and your friends for sharing. What an experience to have shared with people from all over the world. RIP, dude.

My birthday. I was born with myelomeningocele spina bifida in Newport Beach, CA. At the time of my birth, I had the worst kind of myelo, but the best case that California had seen. I can walk and talk and do everything on my own. My mom didn’t know I had spina bifida until the night I was born, she thought I was twins in the womb! They found out I had SB through an ultrasound and they took me out three weeks early. I am so lucky and blessed to be here ❤️❤️

Well I can tell you this was an eventful Saturday night! It looks like it was going to be a fun one for Jamie! I was born on this night at 10:04pm. The doctor had thought my mom had some time so he took off for a bit. Well I’ve always been on my own schedule and came shortly after he left. No one could find him so my dad and the nurse delivered me on their own. There is so much of this project that moves me.So much beauty in our everyday lives. I feel inspired and get goosebumps when ever I visit the site, and run out with my camera and shoot everything that strikes me. Thank Hugh for putting all this up and thank you Jamie for letting us all share in your life.
