The day of my birth… and such an odd picture! I guess it’s a ferris-wheel, but the little skeletons… hahaha! I suppose it’s fitting, having grown up to be a dead-head and all. Love the colors and the focus, amazingly sharp for a Polaroid.

My first love was born the exact day. Sometimes I feel bitter about him but never mad. Most of the time I just see the good in him. We didn’t start quite right, thus ended just as quite wrong. We were both at fault, childish in our own ways, and a year younger than today. Funny how we can grow a lot as a person in just a span of time. Although we broke up over a year now, he certainly left a special place in my heart, even how short it had been. Those days may not be perfect for sure, but those made me the better person I am now. I thank him for being an instrument to that.

I was born January 9th 1997. This picture speaks a thousand words. It’s crazy to think that this was happening while I was a newborn crying in a hospital far away in Michigan.
This is such a beautiful site and it is such a sad but inspiring project.

March 1st, 1992… The day I was born… what an interesting photo… at first, I couldn’t exactly tell what was going on in the photo… but then I noticed the up-close shoes and then the rack of clothes in the distance… maybe some sort of outdoor shopping area or possibly a yard salsale of some sort… I do love the orange & red light leaks in the photo though.

It’s always interesting to learn of what others were already up to, while you were barely entering this world…
