Also born on this day. This mans story is both sad and amazing. It makes you reflect, as although his life was shorter than the average, it looked like he lived a fun and full life with his friends and family, including strangers. Makes me think about my own life and if I spend my time in the best way. And I know I don’t. Self reflection is a sad story, but it needs to be done as a life is to be lived, not wasted.

January 26 1992, It was a rainy morning in the tiny little village in Mexico. My mom went into labor since the night before and finally instructed my older brother to run to the next village and tell my grandfather that it was time for me to be born. My father wasn’t present and my mom brought me into this world with the help from the women in her family. It seems fitting that I’d grow up and even though I lost her at a young age, those same women in her family would help shape and raise me.
