I came here, like most , to see my “birthday picture”. He didn’t take one . On November 5th 1987. He didn’t take one. Is it normal to be a little devistated by this ? I can’t help but wonder what you were doing. You couldn’t possibly have known that a girl , you would never meet ,who would miss you , long after you were gone , would be making her debut into this world. Maybe you were nursing a Hangover . Maybe you ran out of film, and all of the stores were closed. Maybe it was Election Day .

This is the day my parents got married. They were expecting my older sister in March, tied the knot, 5 years later had me, another 5 years later had my little sister. This year my parents would have celebrated 32 years of a rocky marriage. Dad died a few years ago… Left behind four beautiful women, and a handsome grandson, and countless others. This day is special to me. Or I would not be here.

4/7/92, I too was creating a piece of art for the world to enjoy. A beautiful master piece that would stir your soul and inspire your heart. Like these photos my ” art” was a direct reflection of me and my love. 4/7/92 was the day I have birth to the most amazing human I have ever been given the privilege to meet. My son, my life, my heart.

My 7th Birthday. Mom had been gone 4 years. Mr. Phelan was my teacher. He was a happy faced mean man who reminded me of my father of the same vain. I gained a stepmother, who despised my brother and I. I picked mistletoe, and collected black fuzzy caterpillars. We went camping in Yellowstone and The Redwood Forest. My brother taught me how to bait a hook and to fish. I got lost at Griffith Observatory. Deena was my new friend who moved in across the street. We are still friends.
