From Day Dot she has protected me and kept me safe. It’s sad to think that as I was taking steps into life Jamie was starting to take steps into eternal peace and rest. Like most people post, this was the day I was born. To see a moment in time captured by another that holds such significant meaning to you is mind boggling. Attachment? Worn? A mix of feelings as I look into the eyes of the statues, as I imagine my hand brushing across the worn table top. Reminds me of my grandmother’s house.
