My first day of active duty, fresh out of high school..not a fear in the world. Krrazy Cali girl looking for a place..no cares, no ties, not a need in the world. No responsibilities, send me to a far off place to find purpose! Open my eyes.. my heart let it beat . Where did she go..? Home..they sent me home. Where the world and everyone in it holds on not for love but so u can’t move..not an inch. Then you are forgotten hiddin away until your old and unrecognizable and saddened because my path wasnt happy but hard and ruff.no breaks.no handouts .no tears… WOW all of that from one picture on that one day..a lifetime ago
