Lucky us to be at a film showing at Jamie’s amazing loft on Fulton Street decorated with Bustello Coffee cans and circus memorabilia. Was this the coolest place to be? Ever? Filmmaker Warren Sonbert is there as is a film professor from Bard College. But he’s not in the picture and that’s why Hugh is holding that sign.

This is us. A Sunday in New Jersey at the camera we used to go to in the hotel in the background next to the satellite dish. I Love B’s big red scarf and H’s Red Wing boots. I’m in the middle. In black. I can’t see what I’m holding but I’m guessing something I bought at the camera show.

Great picture of Hugh in what we used to call his Hawaiian Punch shirt. He’s on the stoop of our apartment building on East 8th Street. So young. So adorable. We must have gone out for Hugh’s birthday that night. That’s what I’m guessing. So good to see this.

I love this picture and I don’t think I’ve ever seen it. That’s me wearing very 1980s shoulder pads and sporting a fabulous asymmetrical haircut by Atsushi at Siren Salon in the East Village. I love the way I am spotlighted and the men in the background are whited out. I love Betsy on the right also in the clear. Where were we going, what were we doing? I wish I could go back to that day and find out.

This is my birthday- how cool it is to see that day on the East Coast

The day my youngest daughter Courtney Beth was born x one of the 3 happiest days of my life x she’s 21 this year & has made me so proud x she’s one of the most caring clever beautiful honest wonderfully stubborn people you could ever meet x the photo is very appropriate as she finishes 3 hard years at university & graduates on the 20 July then celebrates her 21st the day after the boat seems to signify the setting sail on her new voyage xxx

I love this picture of Hugh. It was taken five days before our son Henry was born. I love that he’s posing with that crazy stuffed clown. Hugh looks so handsome in the picture and that clown is so great and goofy.

This is the day Jamie visited us at Lenox HIll Hospital. Henry was a sleep so Jamie took a picture of Hugh holding a snapshot of Henry. I still look pregnant though Henry was born three day before. Hugh looks so young. So very young.

This is my son on his first birthday in Prospect Park. That was quite a cake. It was from the Cupcake Cafe, which doesn’t exist anymore. I am holding Henry’s hand and you can see a bit of my black polka dotted dress. A great day.

I was born on this day at 8:57 pm in B.C., Canada. It was probably cold and rainy in my old hometown, but this picture is bright and beautiful. I wonder if the sun is as warm as it looks.

It looks as if he was visiting a passed family member. Possibly his father. This man was a powerful soul and I truly believe he left a beautiful mark on this world. Long live Jamie Livingston!
