This is the day I was born. It’s always so interesting to take a peak into someone else’s life the day you are born and see the life that existed before you had any idea who you are. It makes me feel connected to everyone I don’t know in some way. Kind of cool. Thank you ✌🏼

March 30, 1991 – My 18th birthday.

It was actually the night of the 30th when we heard Princess Diana had died, it was just after my 29th birthday and I was out with friends partying. I remember seeing it on tv at a bar and we were all so stunned that she had passed and how she had died. A surreal moment for me…

this day was my birthday, but to Jamie it was an opportunity to capture someone playing an instrument. this whole project just put everything into perspective the idea that something is always happening, someone is being born, or someone is playing an instrument surrounded by the things & people they love. this amazes me.
