This was the day I was born 💜. I was 2 weeks late! I love my birthdate because it’s the day after Halloween and all of the candy is 50% off 😂. Also because Thanksgiving isn’t too far away, and then Christmas 😍, then New Years 💜.
Who could be mad about when their birthday is with that kind of date? Freaking awesome! Christmas, thanksgiving, and Halloween are my FAVORITE holidays 💜.

My mom turned a year old on this day. My grandmother would have just turned seventeen the month before. My day would have turned 3 two months before. It’s kind of a good representation of our lives, you think you have a straight path through life and all of a sudden you’re taking a left turn that you didn’t see coming.

This was the day my brother was born, he is exactly 30 days older than me. We may have different moms, but he’s no less family. This photo makes me wonder if we’ll ever be able to hang out like this. We live so far away from each other, we get to see one another less than once a year. Despite the fact that we had never spoken 3 years ago, we talk like we’ve lived or whole lives together. I’m really glad he’s given me the opportunity to be his little sister. I love him dearly.
